Location location location is excellent, literally in the basement of the Narita airport terminal 2 - that I could simply put on my jacket on top of the hotel gown to drop my friend for her flight - a unique privilege indeed. It's a nice clean hostel style facility with sleeping pods, showers and bathrooms. They give you everything like towels and even a nice gown. The shower head was extraordinary 👌👌

The dinner was delicious. The shuttle service from Narita Airport Terminal 2 was excellent. The hotel staffs were hospitable and can speak English. 👍
