From the moment we boarded the ontime shuttle bus all the staff were exceptionally friendly, efficient, and polite. A special shout out to the beautiful young lady who helped us with our luggage when we arrived AND the gentleman who was running the small coffee / snack area. Both exceeded expectations multifold!

THIS WAS A 10/10 Recommended! I wish I stayed here more! The staff! The location! And dang I loved Narita so much. The rooms were clean and cosy! Definitely amazing and; THE SHUTTLE BUS! ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!

Location location location is excellent, literally in the basement of the Narita airport terminal 2 - that I could simply put on my jacket on top of the hotel gown to drop my friend for her flight - a unique privilege indeed. It's a nice clean hostel style facility with sleeping pods, showers and bathrooms. They give you everything like towels and even a nice gown. The shower head was extraordinary 👌👌

The dinner was delicious. The shuttle service from Narita Airport Terminal 2 was excellent. The hotel staffs were hospitable and can speak English. 👍
