This hotel is excellent for a your next day flight. It offers a very efficient shuttle from Narita to the hotel. The room were spacious and comfortable. Perfect for family travel. The hotels restaurant options were pretty good. It has a small convenience store inside the hotel for anything you might need. The staff very friendly and very helpful.

the place was unique with great Garden view while dining and from the room window. the hotel room was perfect and comfy. the service was great. the food was delicious. the staff were very helpful, courteous, they helped me finding my lost belongings at the front desk. I specifically loved the free shuttle service to the Airport and there is one also to Narita City. the announcement will be heard all over the hotel hall so all the visitors will be aware about the timing of arrival and departure of the shuttle buses.

Location location location is excellent, literally in the basement of the Narita airport terminal 2 - that I could simply put on my jacket on top of the hotel gown to drop my friend for her flight - a unique privilege indeed. It's a nice clean hostel style facility with sleeping pods, showers and bathrooms. They give you everything like towels and even a nice gown. The shower head was extraordinary 👌👌
