Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and immaculately clean. Moreover, the Okura NEVER will let you go thirsty. They are extremely generous with their free drinking water, constantly replenishing them and all other amenities every day.

The staff went above and beyond. We did not know that there would be a construction (probably did not notice during booking), but it was as if it wasn't there at all. The hotel has provided a lot of free snacks, pastries, drinks (water, tea, coffee, beer, wine, sake, etc). You can only get these things if you buy club rooms in other hotels. Anyway, we would strongly recommend that if you don't require a few of the usual amenities such as a gym, pool, etc. However, we didn't need it; we were there for tourism, not a resort stay. The breakfast was outstanding!
