Room size was surprisingly large and it was extremely comfortable. The staff was really nice and helpful. Lovely to relax before an early flight and free shuttle is super convenient. Restaurants and convenience stores just a short walk.

We chose this hotel because we had an early morning flight, but we were pleasantly surprised by how satisfied we were with our stay. The hotel staff provided excellent service, especially one staff member who I believe was from India. He helped take care of my 8-year-old daughter and even gave her a very special chocolate. We are still grateful to him. The hotel itself is very new and clean, and the rooms are spacious. The beds are comfortable, and there's even a capsule coffee machine in the room! We all agreed that we should have stayed here for two nights.

The mattress was soooooo comfortable (I normally wake up with a backache - not at the TMark). The location was perfect - took train from Narita, easy transfer to Omorikaigen train station and easy to take luggage from Omorikaigen to TMark. Quiet area, close proximity to parks for walking & relaxation, easy walking distance to Omori train station. Modern building & rooms. Cleaning & front desk staff friendly and helpful. Like the use of door magnets to confirm if housekeeping is required.

Great location, 5min walk to Gotanda Station which is connected to the Yamnote Line and Asakusa Line= brings you everywhere fast. We were 5 people and it was quite spacious. Own laundry machine, nice to have. Comfortable stay
