The location is the best for Ginza area. The room we got is Executive Double room. It fits our family of 3 perfectly. Although, the hotel does not have buffet breakfast, they delivered breakfast in the wooden box to your room. We found that it is very convenience. Hotel does not have car park, but there is a paid parking nearby. Staff was vey nice during check in and check out. Hotel also has the restuarant guidebook that is very helpful.

The property is in a fantastic location. A short 5 minute walk from Ginza station. Clearly signposted with multiple entrances. The staff were impeccable. They made sure we were welcomed and that everything bit of our experience was explained. The rooms were perfectly cleaned. Clear instructions for all the devices and gadgets in the room. The rooms are pretty soundproof - no noise from neighbours that you get at other hotels. The hotel even kept our luggage all day whilst we shopped.

My second stay at this property, and a fan of the Dormy Inn brand. This hotel is in a fantastic location, a few minutes’ walk from Higashi-Ginza station. Rooms are comfortable, clean, and well maintained. It has a small but perfectly formed onsen and sauna, for guest use.

It was in a great location. Very close to Higashi Ginza and Ginza stations. Safe area. The hotel was very comfortable. I stayed in the corner room which was exceptional. The best hotel room I have stayed in, in Japan. There is a great bar with free flow. Bar staff are fantastic.

Location is amazing, right next to the Ginza station, so travelling wasn't an issue. Great staff, very clean rooms and they keep them maintained while you're there as well, so you will never have a dirty room. The bath at the 14th floor was amazing as well. Many, many things to like and love about this hotel, so please chose this one as your next tokyo booking :D

  • Tokyo is so easy to navigate.

Tokyo is so easy to navigate. All the stations have English signage and English announcements, the underground metro line and the overground JR lines are interconnected, and all easily colour coded. The PASMO/SUICA IC cards make paying very simple and cheap, without having to worry which ticket to get and where to. There is almost never a delay, and if there is, it is for a few minutes at most, and you will always be on your way in no time. Be careful of the morning rush on the busier lines (like the JR Yamanote and metro Ginza lines) as it is VERY busy and tightly squashed in the trains.
