Everything was smooth and according to expectations. Clean, quiet (actually extremely quiet, with very good sound insulation), good breakfast. Only a few minutes away from JR lines and Tokyo Metro.

Incredibly kind and helpful staff. The room was nice and we didn't hear anyone else in the rooms around us. We stayed for almost 2 weeks and had no problems at all. There are a handful of subway stations within five to ten minute walks from the hotel and a lot of restaurants and combinis.

Great location and a short walk fronm shinagawa station, some good food options right near there and the local temple with 47 Ronin graves. Also a short walk to Gotanda station and the little vollage with excellent local food options.

Really loved this hotel and would be happy to be back! The location is great as next to Gotanda station which is on Yamanote line and close to Swinagawa station as a major hub. The rooms are smaller but really compact, good usage of space. The room views are spectacular. I recommend booking the Twim room, but the King one is also nice. Breakfast is lovely!
