    I chose this hotel mainly because of its proximity to Hakata station and also the size of the room, which is larger than the usual 11m2 in Japan. The hotel was clean, with helpful staff. We also liked the parking right next to the hotel. We were very pleased with the Ramen for breakfast.

    Very nice and clean hotel with helpfull staff, I enjoyed my stay a lot! Rooms are not very spacious (we booked a Moderate room for two people), but it's a common thing in Japan, and overall it was enough. I really liked the location - just about 10 minutes to Hakata station from one side and Canal street to the other, so this hotel is perfect if you are planning to make some trips around Kyushu.

    Position is very good near Hakata Station. There are many restaurants nearby and also all kind of shops like supermarkets, souvenirs, electronics and so on. There are also 2 conbini nearby and they are open 24h. The room is small (like many Japanese hotel rooms) but nice. You also get keycards for the rooms and the elevator is blocked unless you use your keycard (good for security).

    Awesome location and extremely walkable distance to Canal City mall, the yatai street and Hakata station as well. Room is of typical Japan's city size and nothing much to shout about. Cleanliness could be better though we aren't picky to begin with, and i guess it varies from time to time even for higher grade hotels. For those who enjoy, the onsen is a great bonus.

    Cost-benefit of staying here was fantastic. Small room but equipped with every necessary stuff l, even with hot tub somewhat like Japanese Hanoki tub. Centrally located with few minutes of walking to Hakata station or Canal city. Hotel receptionist could speak fluent Korean language and I appreciate his professionalism and hospitality.     Best breakfast I have ever had at an APA hotel. Hotpot that you create and design yourself - sooo delicious. Western style menu as well as Japanese. Close to Hakata station - 5-7 minute walk, flat and easy. Hotel reception staff were professional, polite and lovely, especially the male receptionist who greeted me on arrival (and incredibly handsome!) Close to a Lawson's and lovely cafe just outside the door on the left hand side. Great restaurant just across the road from the main entrance.

    Room was so clean and well laid out. Didnt feel cramped like in other apartment hotels. Checkin - manager was super helpful and arranged a carparking space out front. They have limited parking spaces so noom in advance. Location was central. Room was beautiful. Approx 32 mtrs sq. Excellent facilities including oven cooktop, microwave and washing machine. They can provide a portable rack to hang clothes on if needed. Lots of natural light gets into the room Hakata station only 20mins walk.

    Property is unmanned and tucked in the quiet and quaint side of hakata. 3 minutes walk to the supermarket thats 24 hours (with ALOT of selections), and 3 minutes to a river nearby. Room is SPACIOUS compared to other business hotels/apartments. Toilet’s pretty cool with the keep warm function for the bath tub. Comes with a washer/dryer. Short walk of 15-20 minutes to Hakata Station. Would stay here again if i ever come back to Fukuoka.
