Pictures simply cannot do this place justice. It is incredibly beautiful, every corner of the hotel was well curated and designed. The service was absolutely incredible. We had a couple of things we needed assistance with and Reiko and Yuna were always available to help our group. Everyone was just so kind! There are literally hundreds of cocktails to try and everything we had was great. This was honestly the most magical hotel I’ve ever stayed in, just unreal attention to detail and service. Thank you so much, barhotel!

The shuttle bus service was extremely quick to pick us up at Hakone-Yumoto Station. The Kaiseki dinner and breakfast were both wonderful. The private onsen in our room was so relaxing and a perfect break halfway through our trip.

The traditional Japanese breakfast and dinner that came with the hotel package was exceptional! We love the meals! Staff were courteous and professional. The location is great, a few minutes walk from the Hakone-Yumoto station.

the location, near hakone-yumoto station, was probably the best place to stay in the whole hakone area. staff was friendly. bar was cool, food was awesome! room is large and also has a kitchen (but we didn't use it)

The location is in the perfect location at the Hakone-Yumoto station which is easy to get to and the place to start for the Hakone trail. Hotel very comfortable and clean. This was our first time at an onsen.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hakonemori Okada! The staff were kind and helpful, and the room was impressively large with a nice view. The beds were very comfortable, and the easy access to a beautiful onsen spa made for a perfect Hakone experience. Dinner might not be to everyone's taste, but we thought it was tasty and the portions were generous. The breakfast buffet was excellent. A bit of a walk from Hakone-Yumoto Station, but the hotel shuttle or a quick taxi made it easy. A lovely getaway!

Great place. Highlight of my trip. Room in the cabin is so spacious, and not just a normal pod or capsule bed. I wish I had stayed longer! Onsen was awesome, so relaxing. Location was great too. I got on the last train from Shinjuku to Hakone (Romanecar) and the last bus, and it was only a 5-minute walk from the bus stop. The stop to get back to Hakone-Yumoto station is even more convenient, located right outside of the hotel.
