Muni Kyoto was peaceful and serene. The hotel staff were very kind and helpful. This hotel is a true work of art, featuring an amazing garden. I’m sure you’ll fall in love with it the moment you step inside. Highly recommended. I would love to visit this hotel again.

Luxury hotel a few steps away from JR Saga Arashiyama. Reception area was tiny though. Took a while in checking-in bec needed to verify payment witg very little English so a lot of google translate uaed. Other than that, would have loved to stay longer regardless of my destination.

Extra friendly. I accidentally double booked a room and they were able to correct it without us paying the cancellation cost. Free breakfast. Clean, good location if you want to visit Arashiyama, and the moss temple. Good connection (a direct bus ~40 minutes) to Kyoto station. Near bus and train station. They even had a restroom for leisure. It feels that it’s most for people who travel with pets since there are a lot of dog treats and dog theme.

Beautiful hotel with the best location ever. 3 minutes from the monkey park and 10 minutes from the bamboo forest! The staff were amazing, especially Chikako!! She was the best and so nice, helped us with everything with a beautiful smile on her face!
