Breakfast buffet has a wide variety of food. I tried every item and they are all very yummy! I love the section where there are all the Himeji specialty food. The room is very clean and the staff are nice.

Nice hotel close to centre. 2 min walk to main station and I need 0 min walk to castle. They kept our bags for 2 hours in the reception. Automatic check in.

The location was perfect. Just a short walk through the central part of the city to the Castle. I highly recommend walking from the hotel to the castle at night. There are lots of restaurants and convenience stores very close by. The free ramen was great. Served by the loveliest chef in Japan. The breakfast was incredible. The onsen was lovely. All the staff were so friendly. So glad we stayed here.

Excellent experience! Though a bit distant from Himeji station, the shuttle service provided by the hotel eased the inconvenience of transportation. Staff were kind, food was delicious and representative of Japanese gourmet. The environment was magnificently featured with natural woods and the building itself marks the history and heritance well.

I arrived early to find staff in reception and I was able to leave my luggage before checking in later. The fact that a Japanese dinner and breakfast were provided for this low nightly rate is amazing value. The hotel is also located close to the Himeji Station and so it is only a little over a kilometre to walk to the Himeji Castle. I had a sofa in my room too.

The room was bigger than the normale japanese size, the bathroom was a bit claustophobic but it is quite normal in Japan. The hotel Is near Himeji station, the staff speak english and there are 2 bikes for free. The breakfast was food with both kind of food, the Japan and the continental one

Clean, spacious room. Great location a few minutes walking from the Himeji Station. The whole builiding feels very fresh - it must have been either built or renovated recently. Delicious breakfast, definitely worth buying. The hotel offers luggage storage.

Amazing value for a hotel 10mims drive from himeji station. Cooked breakfast (mostly westernised Japanese food) included as are toiletries. Our room has a bath tub with jets, microwave, tatami seating area, a kettle, a slit machine (?!) and was very spacious.

Located next to Himeji Station, the hotel is in a good location for a short stay. The room was comfortable, the staff helpful, and the breakfast was good - with both Japanese and western options. The main attraction in Himeji, the castle, is about a 30 minute walk down the main street.

It is about 5-7 minutes walk from Himeji Station and about 20-25 minutes walk to Himeji Castle. There are lots of food options around the hotel. The room is big for Japan standard and also clean. Wifi was relatively fast.

Good facilities. Hotel might be old but it is well maintained. Public bath is exceptional. Breakfast is good. About 10 minutes walk to Himeji Station. Lot's of local travellers staying in the hotel hence why most signs/instructions are in Japanese but staff is ready to assist. Will definitely stay again in the future.
