Great breakfast choices, staff is polite and always ready to help, all info translated to English, staff speaks English. We were able to check-in earlier even we didn't ask for this. Location is great, near the G and A metro lines. There is great street with many shops and places to eat. 1 minute from Sumida river. 15 mins from Tokyo SkyTree. Located in touristic area. All were great. Next time I'm in Japan, I will definitely stay in this hotel.

Great for families, big rooms for Tokyo standards and the kids love the bunk beds. Would recommend to go for the river view rooms. A lot of shops and restaurants in the vicinity.

Great toilet, many features, room was spacious overall. Many power points available, many light switches for each bed to control, 2 sofas and a long desk also provided space for the items for all 3 people. Great breakfast that includes a main dish, soup, yogurt, and a drink.
