Great hotel, great location, right in the heart of all the action. Room on the smaller side, but that is usual in Japan, bathroom and shower was large.

Room was small but very well laid out. Everything was easy to find. The bathroom was the same, very small but well designed. The shower was exceptional. The breakfast was great, lots of little things to eat, hot miso soup and rice in the morning was lovely. The staff were excellent and friendly, especially in the dining room, and everyone was as helpful as they could possibly be, sometimes despite their english not being very strong. You couldn't ask for a better location. A really enjoyable stay, would definitely stay again.
