Very clean and beautifully designed interior, organised and friendly staff, excellent location (10-15 minutes walk from Nagoya train station and 10-mibute walk from the Meitetsu Bus terminal). Rooms were clean with amenities provided (great face wash lotion). Spacious room compared to Tokyo hotels and beds were big and comfortable. Lovely skyline view of the city from our room. Accommodated severe gluten allergy for the breakfast buffet by preparing a separate gluten-free meal for us - ensure to inform the staff of this in advance and the time you will be going for breakfast.

Location is very good…not too far from Nagoya station. Our room faces the small park in front, so it was really nice to look out into the trees. Staff were nice and polite. And it was easy to find food.

Everything about our stay at The Tower Hotel Nagoya was absolutely exceptional!! Never stayed in a more fantastic hotel in my life - the staff were the standout at this property as they were so genuinely kind, welcoming and helpful. The welcome drinks + desserts were so special and lovely, I left a small thank you note mentioning which ones our favourites were and they brought more of those favourites the next day?!?! so unexpected and lovely. The breakfast was PHENOMENAL, such a wonderful experience to have while we looked out over the city. The rooms were fantastic and super spacious (my partner especially liked how comfy the pyjamas were), super comfortable beds too! We’ll definitely be coming back!!!

Cozy little hotel right near kanayama Station easy to get anywhere in town. The desk staff have limited English but were super friendly and helpful. The bed was comfy and clean and the desk was perfect. I was able to get a lot of work done.

Location: 10-15 min walk from Kanayama Station (1 train ride from Chubu International Airport) Nearby establishments: Coffee shop across the street, huge Sugi Pharmacy behind, 24 hour laundry (self-service) 1 street behind, Family Mart, McDonald's, and other restaurants and cafes within a 5-10 minute walk. Staff: Quite friendly and helpful. Don't expect 5-star service, and you'll be happy with the service, which, in my opinion, was enough. I had my needs met.

The hotel is close to Kanayama station. Too close to the actual tracks. All evening all we could heard were the trains on the tracks. It got less at night but started again early. Got very little sleep. The bed and the pillows were rock hard too.

Very convenient location around 4 minutes walk from the Kanayama station that goes all the way to the Central Airport. The hotel was clean from the lobby to the room floors and breakfast buffet food choices were good as well.

Nice enough business hotel in a good central location right next to Kanayama station. Standard rooms are pretty tiny (even by Japanese hotel standards) and not quite so well designed as others I've used. Breakfast was ok and the bath is a bonus.

I asked for a quiet room and I got it, so I was able to renew my energy after my sightseeings. Perfectly light blocking blinds. Quiet place, but close to Kanayama station (like 5 minute walk, 3 of which you wait at traffic lights).
