The professionalism of the hotel staff is exceptional. They are always ready to help and anticipate the guests' needs. I very much appreciate the help I received. Despite arriving early before check-in time, I just needed the correct type of cable to charge my mobile immediately upon arrival at the hotel after a long flight. On the day of check-out, they helped me pack and ship a box with extra items to the hotel near the airport, where I would stay until my flight back to Europe.

I like everything, - great customer service, can speak english and offer required assistance when required, polite and courteous - the hotel has good ambiance, clean, comfortable and other facilities are great. all are clean and organized - i have not tried the breakfast though so I cannot comment - near to train as easy to access and with shops, supermarkets nearby - have bus available going to and from airport overall hotel is superb great!

We stayed at this hotel on our first night in Japan, after landing at Haneda Airport. The hotel was everything we wanted; clean, comfortable, close to the airport. Breakfast was good and the staff was always nice and attentive.

Only a short walk from Kawasaki station, the hotel was clean, neat and very affordable. The staff made the check in process easy even though we didn't arrive until very late in the evening and the ammenties provided were substantial.

We had a wonderful stay in the hotel before leaving Japan, the hotel is located close to the Hanada Airport and there's a good free shuttle service to the airport and Kawasaki station. The hotel and the rooms were very clean, the staff were very helpful and spoke English well.

Lovely spacious and peaceful room. Very clean. A soak in the hot bath on the 2nd floor was good after a long day of travel. Convenient for a transfer to the airport. Great views from the 5th floor.. The free shuttle service from Kawasaki station to the hotel and to the airport was punctual and the cheerful drivers spoke English. Made the final day of my stay in Japan easy and enjoyable.

Modern hotel very close to the airport. The room was a decent size for Japan and exceptionally quiet. Great shuttle bus service to Kawasaki station and the airport. Good facilities and good views. Industrial style architecture isn't my thing but a very comfortable hotel regardless.

The breakfast is good enough and have western options such as bread with margarine or jelly. The ubication is excellent, very close to the Kawasaki and Keyku Kawasaki stations. For the price is excellent. The attention from the personal is also excellent. The ambience of the hotel and their sorrundings is very japanese and authentic.

The store’s ,restaurant and bars is near by, love it Staffs is nice and very helpful and that’s why I love Japan. They have a laundry room in the 5th floor if I’m not mistaken. Cozy hotel that near to Kawasaki station love love .

I couldn't fault this hotel at all. The rooms were great value for money, large in comparison to most hotel rooms we stayed in in the major cities of Japan. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. It's right next to Kawasaki station so you have easy links into Tokyo or elsewhere.
