The room is spacious compared to the other chain hotels I've stayed in! and the staff is pretty polite as well. Altough you still can't see the Kumamoto Castle too closely, they provide such an open rooftop for the spot view.

Friendly and helpful staff, we got an upgraded room that was really nice and spacious. The room facilities were immaculate and spotless. The location is right across the castle and easy walking distance from pretty much everything

Absolutely great hotel for the price. It has everything you expect from a business hotel + it has its own sauna and bath. The room was also above average size and absolutely perfect. The only downside is that as of November of 2024 you can no longer use any IC card to get around kumamoto, only their special kumamoto-only card. This is obviously not the fault of the hotel, but since it's a bit far from the station make sure you have the spare change for public transportation.
