One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at from start to finish. Very memorable experience. Courteous service, bus shuttle to and from the train station, clean room, plentiful amenities (outdoor onsens were amazing and offered a view of the lake), options for upgrades (e.g, meal reservations with multi-course breakfasts and dinners), cozy & unique decor.

What a spectacular room with such an incredible view. We really enjoyed the balcony and just watching Mt Fuji. Also, the bar and bar tender were brilliant - really made us feel at home. The food was also excellent.

Everything was amazing. It wasn’t my first choice to stay in Kawaguchiko tho but for those who have same doubts whether this place would be worth it… it is worth it! Onsen is available and the location is superb. I will definitely come back!

The accommodation is excellently located, just a 7-minute walk from the Kawaguchiko Station. The staff are very friendly, providing us with a lot of travel tips and introducing the facilities in the room. There are 711 and Lawsons stores and several small restaurants nearby, making it very convenient to eat and shop.

Short walk from Kawaguchiko Station! The hotel is rustic and Japanese style and we can wear ryokan to our breakfast place. The hotel staff were friendly and their service is exemplary. They went an extra mile by driving us to and fro to help us get on the highway bus on time even the shuttle bus runs ended for the hotel! Highly recommended for those who want to wake up in the hotel room in front of Lake Kawaguchiko!

Honestly the best hotel I have ever stayed at in my life. The views are amazing with Mt. Fuji from your window and lake Kawaguchiko within walking distance. It has a private onsen that is free to book daily. The hotel breakfast was an experience in itself but what made this place the best I've ever been was the service. Takanori-San is the sweetest man on earth and took care of us like we were family. I can't recommend this place enough, truly felt like a home.

Great location for sightseeing in lake kawaguchiko,, clean and comfortable full service hotel with on site onsen baths and Ryoken rooms. Staff were professional and helpful. Dinner served in room was amazing - delicious and 5 star presentation, and buffet breakfast in restaurant was very good.

The hotel faces Lake Kawaguchiko and is within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The rooms are big and have windows with partial view of Mt Fuji. We especially liked that there is an exit at the end of the hallway where we could view Mt Fuji. The set Japanese breakfast was also excellent and delicious. Shuttle service was also available. There is an onsen on the 4th floor but we were not able to try it out.

Beautiful traditional Japanese hotel right on Lake Kawaguchiko. Family that operates the place was great. Public bath was really nice. The owner gave me a ride to the train station super early so I could catch the bus to climb mtFuji.

Absolutely exceptional. Our best stay the entire time we were in Japan and it was only for one night. The staff who runs the hotel are extremely friendly and helpful. We used 5 of their bikes for free and got to bike all around lake Kawaguchiko. The futons are super comfortable, and the house is cute. The owners even shuttled us all the way to the house from the train station. If I am back in Japan I will go out of my way to stay here for longer.
