United KingdomI checked in quite late night but the staff was very friendly and helpful. They were very polite. The room was clean and the bathroom and the toilet is separated. The bathroom was the Japanese style.
The location is right in front of the train station but it’s not noisy at all. Just be careful that you have to go to the other part of hotel to check in if you arrived after 9pm (forgot exactly the time). You can walk around outside to get to the other part of the hotel or you can go up floor 3 and take a bridge to get to the other side.
The breakfast is good.

Great location, not far from the Kaihimmakuhari station and other restaurants and shopping malls. There is a bus that leaves every hour for the Narita airport. Also 2 convenience store inside the building. We stay at triple room of central tower, and we could view Mt. Fuji from the window.
