Old classic hotel but everything in room functioned well. Staffs can communicate in english and very helpful. Walking distance to JR Kaihimmakuhari station, Makuhari Messe, Mitsui Outlet, Plena Shopping Mall. There are several konbini around; Lawson (inside the Mitsui Outlet complex), Mini Stop.

The room was comparable to a standard single room found in business hotels in Japan.
The location is very convenient, being close to Mitsui Outlet and Kaihimmakuhari Station.
I especially enjoyed that the hotel had an onsen (public bath), as I'm a fan of onsen.
Additionally, there is an outdoor swimming pool.

Location as always! I always book this hotel for its convenient link to my workplace. The staff was very helpful during checking in. The room was clean and well maintained and there was a welcome drink (free bottle of water) in the room. There are lots of eating places on site and two convenience stores on the first and 2nd floors. It was neat for grabbing quick snacks or breakfast. The hotel offered the cheapest rate around Kaihim Makuhari station at the time I booked it.

Room was small as expected but hotel was huge with adequate facilities. Check in was smooth despite the numerous guests and the hotel public baths were clean & sizeable. Location is close to Makuhari station and an outlet mall. Mega AEON and Costco Malls just minutes away makes it a really well located hotel at a reasonable price.
