The staff is extremely helpful. We had several requests and they were able to promptly accomodate them. The hotel is very clean and centrally located. The room we had was small but comfortable.

We stayed at Keio Plaza in October 2023, our first night after arriving in Japan. What a treat to stay in an extremely comfortable room with great amenities after a long flight. We were treated well by all staff. Our room type included access to the lounge in the evening, and breakfast, which was delicious. We would have happily stayed longer, but we left Tokyo the next morning. I recommend Keio Plaza if you want to stay in Shinjuku.

Rosenheim Stay Tokyo Shinjuku is conviniently located between Okubo and Shin Okubo station, just a cople of minutes from bustling Shinjuku, but in a calm and safe area, perfect for families. The rooms are not very big but very practical and clean and the staff is extremly nice and helpful. All kind of amenities from convenience stores to restaurants are within à couple minutes from the hotel. We 100% recommend this address!
