Best location - close from Odori/Susukino subway station, bus stop, airport limusine, department stores, convenience store, TV tower, Odori park, just anything you would want. Friendly staff - helpful, informative, quick. Free coffee at the lobby every day. Great view - in my room on the 13th floor we could see the tv tower & nice view of the city. Clean & warm & quiet room There’s nothing more I can ask to a hotel. It is just the best you can get especially for this price, highly highly recommend

One of the best stays we’ve had in Japan so far. The space is spotlessly clean and has a very comforting and cosy vibe. The staff were super welcoming, spoke excellent English, helped us out with parking and accommodated dietary needs for breakfast. The room was spacious and the bed was super comfortable. We loved the bar - the cocktails were some of the best we had in Japan. There is a fire pit on the terrace which adds to the charm of this already beautiful hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at FAV LUX Susukino—a beautiful new hotel that truly exceeded our expectations. As a newly opened property, everything from the lobby to the rooms felt brand new, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms were immaculately clean, spacious, and beautifully styled, blending comfort with minimalist elegance. We loved the large windows, smart room features, and high-quality amenities. It felt more like a luxury apartment than a typical hotel room—perfect for longer stays or anyone wanting more space to relax. The location in Susukino is unbeatable—right in the heart of the city with easy access to restaurants, convenience stores, and nightlife, yet tucked away enough to still feel quiet and restful. Staff were friendly and efficient, and the self-check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. You can tell a lot of care went into designing both the space and the experience. If you’re heading to Sapporo and looking for a fresh, stylish, and comfortable base, this is the place to book. We’ll definitely be staying here again on our next visit!

This is a hotel set up for esports videogamers, but you don't have to be one to stay here. And you should stay here because it is amazing. Everything is brand new & thoughtfully chosen. They have clearly spent a lot of money on the place. It is spotlessly clean with friendly staff. My room had twin beds, private bathroom, kitchenette, huge TV, and its own washing machine. The dryer in the hotel is paid for but not expensive. There is also a racing videogame room set up with powerful PCs & consoles and steering wheels, pedals, etc., and apparently it is free to use; it looked great although I didn't use it myself. So the place is perfect, but at an astonishingly low price. I paid less per night here than I did for capsule hotels elsewhere in Japan, less than sleeping 9 hours in a manga cafe. I think they are new, and not many people are staying here yet, but I hope they are successful because they deserve to be.

Mt. Moiwa was magical in winter.

Mt. Moiwa was magical in winter. If you are taking public transport, there is a free shuttle bus service that takes you from the Ropeway Iriguchi city tram station directly to the ropeway ticketing office, and back again to the tram station on the return journey. I suggest checking the weather forecast to time your trip. Try to go just 20 minutes before sunset, so you can see both the daytime view and the sunset view on the same trip.
