My my my, where to begin? I absolutely LOVE this hotel. It's a Buddhist hotel so it is very very quiet and clean and they have strong incense burning right from the hotel entrance which I loved. The room I stayed in was a traditional style room with tatami floor. The bed is VERY comfortable it does not even feel like you are on the floor. The breakfast was very new for me as it was Buddhist cuisine which I have never had. It was delicious and people were eating in silence while sitting on the floor. I loved every bit of it❤️

I've stayed at this hotel many times over the years. The location is excellent, the rooms are well appointed and it's always been a great experience.

-Right on top of don quixote, and few buildings away from abeno Harukas -Insane nice view from the reception area/cafe for breakfast -At back of hotel is tennoji zoo and a very nice park (if u come at Sakura or summer foliage) and a decent way to shinsekai -Breakfast has a choice of western or japanese. Both of which are good.
