Perfect for a group stay! The room was very spacious, modern, clean, and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our ACs stopped working in the middle of the night, but the security guard in charge gave immediate help. Would definitely come back the next time we visit Osaka.

The location was beyond incredible- literally didn’t have to leave the metro stop! I also loved that we could walk underground almost the entire way to the market. It’ll be the only place we stay when we return to Osaka. The rooms are clean and gorgeous, the staff was so sweet, can’t get over how great the stay was.

Location: The Centara Grand in Osaka is located very centrally, 10 Minutes by foot to Namba Station. Right next to the Hotel is a very nice Shopping Mall with great Brands and a nice food court. Hotel: The Hotel itself was very very clean, the interior design was also of amazing taste. The big windows and the lighting made a welcoming and elegant atmosphere that i really enjoyed. The check-in was on the second floor and everything went flawless. The Hotel offers several restaurants you can visit, as well as in-room dining service 24/7. Room: Our Room had an absolutely amazing view of Osaka on the 19th floor. The room itself was the cleanest i had ever experienced, everything looked clean, new and fresh. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was extremely clean and everything was just on point. The TV offered a Chromecast and several other services like Netflix that i really enjoyed. Amenities: The room offered all the amenities you could need, from toothbrush to soap and conditioner. Service: The service was above and beyond. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast: The food was really amazing, some dishes are made fresh before you and the selection was great: western, japanese, european and even thai. All the meals were very delicious. The staff was quick and friendly during breakfast and i have no complaints. Overall: One of the best hotels i have ever been to, i would definitely stay here again. I really recommend this hotel.

Amazing location. Staff were so friendly and helpful, especially with helping with luggage and informing us about the shuttle service to drop us off at Osaka station. Room was by far the most spacious we’ve experienced in Japan. Highly recommend.

My my my, where to begin? I absolutely LOVE this hotel. It's a Buddhist hotel so it is very very quiet and clean and they have strong incense burning right from the hotel entrance which I loved. The room I stayed in was a traditional style room with tatami floor. The bed is VERY comfortable it does not even feel like you are on the floor. The breakfast was very new for me as it was Buddhist cuisine which I have never had. It was delicious and people were eating in silence while sitting on the floor. I loved every bit of it❤️

    Honestly one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had, not just in Japan but anywhere in the world. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as smooth as possible and even drove us to the airport bus pick up point to make sure we were at the airport on time. Not to mention the location couldn’t be better. It is a three-minute walk to Namba Station subway and the Dotonbori area is literally on your doorstep. This is the perfect stay for Osaka. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay and for your warm hospitality.

    The hotel building is impressive, especially the lobby. Everything clean and modern. Helpful and friendly staff. Useful location right next to the JR Namba station and a 5-8 min walk from the Namba metro station. Others have mentioned having to wait for the lifts, but didn't have a problem with this - actually quite impressive for a hotel with so many floors (possibly down to when I visited though).

    We took the airport limousine bus from Kansei Airport and the bus stops about a 3 min walk away from the hotel. It is also a very short walk to the Osaka station. A few eateries nearby. Easy ride to Tennoji and Namba Station to visit Dotonbori area. The staff were very hospitable. They helped us get one of our bags delivered to our hotel in Tokyo as we couldn't take it on the bus to Takayama. The room is small but just enough for 2. Very clean and everything worked fine-no sound from traffic, AC, neighbours etc. Comfortable bed.

    The property is bigger than most hotels in Japan that’s why I felt lucky that the unit is available for booking. It is close to Namba Station and only a few minutes walk to Dotonbori. There is Lawson Konbini near the building and a lot of delicious Restaurants nearby.
