Great location! Quiet rooms which was very important for us. Comfortable bed and pillows, the size of the room was unexpectedly big. We are extremely happy with the choice.

Everything. I like that you have to leave your shoes at the entrance of the hotel so you can wear their slippers and robe anywhere in the hotel. There’s a gentleman at the entrance who was very helpful to my boy with special needs when he had difficulty leaving his shoes at the entrance. Great customer service. The hot spring was simply lovely and relaxing that we decided to use it for all 3 days. The hotel also has extra surprises for a foodie like me. Location wise, it’s right next to Nara station so it was really convenient for us. The deer park is just a short bus ride away. Lastly, we opted for the hotel’s japanese breakfast and it was delicious!! Still thinking about it now. :) While it’s pricier than the other hotels we stayed in throughout our trip, it was well worth it.

We loved everything! Beautiful rooms, super attentive staff and delicious food. The chicken and garden were the bonus treatment. Both kids and adults loved this hotel! Location is perfect, right next to the park and temple.

Very close to Nara station. The room is large and looked incredible, the pictures here don't do it justice. The bath is HUGE and you can adjust the water temperature to your liking. The toilet is very spacious and very comfortable.
