Location is excellent, so close to the airport hall but so quiet and peaceful. Very nicely designed, I have never experienced such a beautiful airport hotel. Good Spa/Onsen, good service from the staff, spacious rooms, again just excellent!

It has a restaurant that close at 12am!!! Good for supper or like us arrive into hotel late at night. Onsen is great and has tight security to ensure the ladies are look after at onsen.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a shuttle bus service to the airport, very helpful. Situated near a lot of restaurants and cafes.
