The choice at Breakfast was really helpful for everyones preferences. The rooms were comfortable and I particulary appreciated the blackout curtains.

The staff were very helpful, answering all our queries, requests and booking us an early morning taxi to the airport. We were also so grateful that we could check-in early for a small fee as we had arrived in the morning after travelling for 17 hours. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and good value. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

T-mark are professional and extremely helpful. The Hotel is in a really good location which is very close to a railway station about half way between Tokyo and Yokohama. It is also in close proximity to Haneda Airport.
