I like the convenience of the hotel being located close to Oita station. The hotel is also a short walk away from convenience and grocery stores, and is located close to many Oishii restaurants. The hotel is a typical Japanese quality hotel with very polite and courteous staff and Western style accommodations.

Nice, private room that’s a good price and near the main Oita station. The lounge area is a little small with limited seating, but there’s a free drink machine and the rooms come with a desk and computer. The room doors didn’t lock, which I personally didn’t mind and there are cameras at the end of the hallways. Going to the bathroom to simply wash your hands may feel like a bit of a trek if you’re staying at the opposite end of the dormitory. Overall, it’s a nice place to stay.

It is right next to Oita station making it easy to use the rail system. This was our 3rd stay here and one of the “plus” features is the complimentary use of the onsen bath at the 19th floor for its hotel guest. The hotel’s reception staff are very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful.

Conveniently located at the Oita Station, we thought it was a great stay. The hotel lobby is on the 8th floor of the AMU Building (department store). If you are traveling by train or bus, we highly recommend! Convenient stores like Lawson and breakfast places like Mr. Donut are nearby. Staff were friendly and we would come back there again.
