RomaniaGreat location - very close to the metro station. Everything is clean, the room is big and the bad is comfortable. Great views from the room. We enjoyed the breakfast - it was very tasty with lots of choices. Our only regret is that we book the room only for 1 night. Osaka definitely needs more than 1 day and we will return here next time and book the same hotel.

ThailandGood location very near to the JR Tsuruhashi Station Exit 4 take the lift and go up then turn right 30 meters only. Closed to 7-eleven and Family mrt in a walking distance. Self-check in and check out are very convenient and we can leave our luggage at the hotel lobby by ourselves as they provide cable lock for us. Rooms are very clean and beds for all people are very comfortable.

Great area.
Great area. If you got to the castle complex, as you are looking at the castle, there is a path off to the left that has an amazing view and was the best spot there I found for good pictures without the crowds.

If you can get tickets ahead of time, do so. the ticket line...
If you can get tickets ahead of time, do so. the ticket line was longer than the line to get in.
Also, take the stairs not the elevator, if you can (much longer line at the elevator). You can rest on each floor if you cannot do all 8 stories at once.

The wait line was very long,possible more than an hour wait, we ened up booking tickets on Klook App whilst there and used QR code tickets line ....skiped the long line and went straight in 😁 also theire was a lift to the top if you can't manage all the steps.

It's quite a walk from the station to the actual castle but...
It's quite a walk from the station to the actual castle but seeing it up close is really cool. I know it's a reconstruction but it's just amazing seeing that traditional architecture and getting to walk around the castle grounds. I didn't have a lot of time to do any particular tours but I think I would want to visit again with a tour guide to check it out in more depth.

Incredible! So much information and history. Descriptions of exhibits were well written and interesting. And the reenactment videos was super cool!
When you enter the castle, before you go up the elevator, the staff informs everyone that no photos are to be taken on certain floors (3F & 4F). There are signs everywhere that say no photos, and also a staff member walking around the designated area with a sign that says “no photos.” Unfortunately, many people were still taking pictures in the “no photo” areas, which was very rude & inconsiderate. Be respectful & don’t be those people.

I love this hotel, this is my second time here.
The staff is awesome, they are very nice, food is ok.
The location is amazing, you have a train station next to hotel, if you are planning visiting USJ the hotel is very near, also you can go easily to Dotonbori, Osaka castle.
But what I really love is the amazing view from the room.
I hope to be here again soon!

Perfect location, 5 minuts walk to metro and railway stations, 2 minuts to Tsuntenkaku and very lively streets around with lots og restaurants and shops.
Apartment is sparkling clean, comfortable beds, best toilet, very nice balcony to sit and enjoy view or life on the street.
Free bike rent. Biking is a convenient and pleasant way to explore Osaka, we went to Osaka castle.
A free tour to Dotonbori Street with some really nice conversations with our guide.
It was best apartment on our holiday.

Tucked in a little alley from the main pathway. Good use of space with design of the house features aesthetically pleasing to help you relax. Japanese toilets are the best, the shower bathroom was relaxing with good water pressure. Small kitchen with things you need to cook food but why would when everything so conveniently close to you. Plenty of sleeping space for up to 7 people though its going to be a tight squeeze with suitcases. Short distance to train station and Osaka Castle.

It was a wow factor related to all the hotel employees, the natural painting (open view of the Osaka Castle), the room, the amenities. Espectacular.

Good as a hotel near a number of metro lines around Osaka. The location isn't so close to major attractions except for Osaka Castle itself which is walkable from the hotel, other places are easy to get to by metro though. There's many good coffee shops a short distance from the hotel doing specialty coffee.
