The receptionists were always very helpful. Position of the hotel is perfect for quick commuting to Tokyo. Several services (shops and restaurants) in the nearby. Hotel room was small but super cozy and clean. Coin washing machines available at the hotel. Breakfast great value for money.

The hotel was very close to the station & easy to find. We were made very welcome & the staff were very polite & helpful. We flew in from the UK early in the morning & we were able to leave our luggage with the hotel until we checked in at 3pm which made things alot easier. Everything you could possibly need is provided, from toiletries (including toothbrush & paste) to nightwear. Although it is close to the station, it was very quiet. I would definitely stay here again.
