I would like to thank once again all the staff at Keio Plaza Hotel - Grand Premier. I believe every hotel experience begins and ends with the staff. Every single employee at Keio Plaza Hotel was impeccable, from the bell boys to the receptionists in the lobby, to the staff members in the Grand Premier at Floor 45 and even the Chef at breakfast. Everybody welcomened us openly, always smiling at us and everybody spoke English quite well. I even tried my limited Japanese with them and they really appreciated my attempt. The breakfast - was exquisite with a variety of western and Japanese options. The coffee options are sufficient and tasty (Espresso, Latte, Mocha, Cappuccino) and the view is to die for (on floor 45th - having direct view to the Tokyo Metropolitan Governmental Building). The music played in the background is classical and suits the atmosphere just fine. One thing worth mentioning is that they have time slots for breakfast which you have to book a day in advance but that is perfect because it was never crowded, and you could always find a perfect spot to sit and enjoy the view. Tea-Time + Happy Hour - In our Premier Grand room, we had included tea-time and happy hours- which basically meant we could come up to the 45th floor either between 14.30 and 16.30 or between 17.30 and 19.30 for drinks and snacks and great jazz music + let's not forget the view. It is a perfect treat! The room - we had a room on the 37th floor, facing the Tokyo Metropolitan Governmental Building. The view wa to die for! The room itself was extremely spacious and cosy and you had everything you might need in the room, from complimentary water, to Nespresso coffee, bathromes, PJs, Yukatas, bathroom amnesties such as toothbrush, hair brush, comb, razors and shaving cream, make-up removal wipes + L'Occitane shampoo, shower gel etc. The bathroom had both a shower and a bathtub (quite common in Japan) + the classic Japanese smart toilet. Perfect Tokyo honeymoon gateway!

We were traveling with a 4-month-old baby, and the hotel upgraded us to a fantastic room with a garden and skyline views of Tokyo. The room was spacious, with a great bathtub and shower area, super comfortable beds, and an impeccable cleaning service. Additionally, the hotel onsen has not only a warm water pool but also a cool one and a jacuzzi pool with extended timetables. The area is quiet, surrounded by parks, nice restaurants, and cafes, and it is very well-connected to the city's most touristy areas. Bonus: it has a Family Mart in the same building and six washing machines. We’ll repeat for sure.

Amazing location with tons of restaurants and stores around. Shinjuku Station has trains/bus to everywhere and the hotel is practically right next to it. However, the rooms are high up so you do not hear the noise of the busy streets. Staff are very knowledgeable and courteous. We had a great time here!

Apartment is located one stop away from Shinjuku station. Which makes it very easy to get to and from. Area is quiet residential, with a lively main road nearby with lots of shops and restaurants. It is very small, but perfect enough for two people.

A great location, but not noisy or too busy around the hotel itself. The hotel is new and modern, and the room size is pretty good given the standard room size in Tokyo. There is plenty to do around the area and lots restaurants, bars and venues close by. Close to Shinjuku station and easy to get to with luggage. The room was clean and additional amenities in the foyer for anything else you might need for your stay. They can arrange luggage forwarding to your next destination too.

This hotel was amazing - close to all amenities and to Shinjuku station. The staff were super helpful and they even had a luggage delivery service representative present at the hotel in the morning which was super convenient along with the airport limousine bus stopping directly at the hotel.

Comfortable and clean. Room is well designed with washer dryer , and a long desk, warm wood color funiture, big bathtub . Staff are gentle and polite , they are helpful. Free coffee /ice, you can stay for a while in lobby sofa area when you get tire , it is quite relax. Nearby is a railway station: Oedo Line , a bus to Shinjuku station Keio Department store , bus stop is at the same street very close to hotel. There is a McDonald next to the entrance.

The apartment is clean and close to main subway stations (5 min walk to Higashi-Shinjuku Station and 15 min walk to Shinjuku Station). The hosts were very responsive and helpful. The check-in process was clear and simple. The washing & drying machine was good and functional to our needs.
