The receptionist who checked us in was so friendly, and the hotel is super clean, had a little tub in the shower, beds were comfy for me, pillows were not bad I still had a good sleep. I usually wear an earplug to sleep but the two nights we stayed I never wear them cus the location, altho it's in between odori and susukino, it was sooo quite.

It's comfortable to stay here. We can access metro station (Hosui-Susukino station-exit 5) just 1-minute walk from hotel front door. Susukino area can be reached in 7-10 minutes by taking a stroll so it's easy to find restaurants for lunch or dinner (shopping also) . Hotel Receptionist helped us call taxi on heavy rainy morning. It's quite nice. We really appreciate their hospitality. Breakfast is okay too.

Good sized rooms that were very clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hosuisusukino station entrance is just outside the hotel and the JR Susukino station a short walk away. Close to many places to eat and Mega Don Quijote store.

Very comfortable bed. Only 5 minutes walk to famous Nikka Sign and Susukino Station. The hotel is just next to a FamilyMart with ATM machine that supports ATM card. Love the hotel vibe and it has themes that somewhat matches the cities. Accommodation wise it's very good and the hotel gave a me a good impression of Sapporo.

Excellent location, walking from Susukino station took us less than 10mins, 7Eleven is just a stone throw away, paid parking was just across the road. Apartment is big and clean for 4 adults, beds were very comfortable, all of us slept very well.

The hotel is located at the fringe of Tanukikoji shopping street which is ideal as it is quieter but offer easy access to Pole Town, Susukino Station, Mitsukoshi and Parco shopping centers. The hotel is modern and clean and staff speaks English. I booked my room with daily breakfast served with open-face thick toast, soup and beverage.

The location is superb. City tram just a doorstep in front of the hotel. Mega stores located opposite of the hotel. Tanukikoji-Shopping street just right in front of the hotel. 3mins walk to susukino station. Staffs in the hotel are friendly and serve politely. They even provide Hotel Coins to exchange free foods and drinks, which is a plus.
