Location: The Centara Grand in Osaka is located very centrally, 10 Minutes by foot to Namba Station. Right next to the Hotel is a very nice Shopping Mall with great Brands and a nice food court. Hotel: The Hotel itself was very very clean, the interior design was also of amazing taste. The big windows and the lighting made a welcoming and elegant atmosphere that i really enjoyed. The check-in was on the second floor and everything went flawless. The Hotel offers several restaurants you can visit, as well as in-room dining service 24/7. Room: Our Room had an absolutely amazing view of Osaka on the 19th floor. The room itself was the cleanest i had ever experienced, everything looked clean, new and fresh. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was extremely clean and everything was just on point. The TV offered a Chromecast and several other services like Netflix that i really enjoyed. Amenities: The room offered all the amenities you could need, from toothbrush to soap and conditioner. Service: The service was above and beyond. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast: The food was really amazing, some dishes are made fresh before you and the selection was great: western, japanese, european and even thai. All the meals were very delicious. The staff was quick and friendly during breakfast and i have no complaints. Overall: One of the best hotels i have ever been to, i would definitely stay here again. I really recommend this hotel.

It was a great surprise! If there is anything bad about this place it's the photos here on Booking They don't do it justice at all! As soon as we've arrived we've all admitted quickly that building is more beautiful than in photos, the rooms feel bigger and better built, breakfast area is super nice, lobby, elevators - literally everything looks better in reality. Stuff where all super friendly and pleasure t talk to. This place really deserves a better presentation here on Booking as we almost did not book it first, but would definitely come again next time because it does look better in reality.

Hotel very well located for Metro and Railway Station / link to Kansai and thus easy access to all areas using public transport. Check in was friendly. Easy walking to Tennoji Station / Abeno Harukas and other popular areas such as Tsutenaku. Room was very basically furnished but served its purpose as most time spent out exploring. Shower room clean and good shower. Good power points. Free hot water and coffee in reception in morning.

We chose this hotel because we wanted to experiment the Japanese style of living and we liked it. It is located near Tennoji Station and has all necessary items for a stay. We found a bakery just opposite the hotel and we went there every morning for a coffee and a sandwich. The staff was kind and offered us all support. We recommend the Cogo Tennoji Hotel to all persons wanting to visit Osaka.

Accommodation was clean, spacious for us as a couple. The kitchenette was equiped with full set of crockery and basic pots and pan. Fully air-conditioned, washing machine. All equipment has basic instructions in English which was easy to follow. Location was excellent- short walks from Yuhigaoka Metro (approx 7min) , (approx 20min) Tennoji zoo, Tennoji station and many local eating places
