Convenient location near Kyoto Station, Bus to Kiyomizu-dera is right round the corner (make sure you catch time departure time). Well equipped rooms, wasn't lacking in any way. Close to a shopping mall with Don Quijote to get stuff. We had 7 people in 2 connecting rooms, could take another 3 if we used all the beds and 2 sofa beds. Make sure you exit on the correct side of Kyoto Station, else could be a long walk when the shops close and you are unable to cut across the malls in kyoto station to get to the other side.

This is one of the most comfortable hotels I have ever stayed in more than 20 years of intense worldwide travel. The size of the room and the quality of all amenities are impressive. Location in proximity to the railway station cannot be better. The onsen is beyond belief!

I't literally one minute walk from Kyoto Station, and somehow is in a quiet street. The lobby is a beautiful art installation. The room (and the bathroom!) was big and modern, everything was controlled with a built-in iPad Mini. But hands down the best feature of the hotel is the polite and friendly staff, going beyond even what you are accustomed to in Japan.

Almost everything! The location is super close to Shichijo station （七条駅）and 10 mins away from Kyoto main station. There’s a few restaurants/ bars around the area (definitely recommend the wagyu BBQ Yamadaruma just next to it). All the staffs speak good English and were SUPER helpful! The room we had was fairly BIG, we had two 29’ suitcases that can be fully opened without getting in our ways. The soundproofing was good, and the BED was amazing as well so we love it! I will definitely come back to stay here!
