I loved absolutely everything about this hotel, it is probably the best hotel in this price range I have ever been to. The hotel is really modern and stylish. The location is perfect, once you find the correct exit from the station (Avanti shopping mall - Hatchijo exit South), it is a 3 minutes walk. The room had everything you need (AC, air purifier, fridge, TV, good WiFi). There was separate toilet and bathroom with both bathtub and shower. The room was quiet and beds really comfortable. The staff was nice and helpful. There is a complimentary, self-service locker room, where you can keep your luggage for entire day You can vist lounge during the day and get complimentary hot/cold beverages

The location was walking distance from Kyoto station, which was very handy as we were traveling with a toddler and stroller. We came in from Mimaru Tokyo, who arranged delivery of our baggage to Mimaru Kyoto, which was very efficient and economical. I recommend this place for people traveling with children.
