Newish hotel located in the heart of Osaka City. Conveniently located 5 min away by walking to the Nanba stations where trains run direct to Kansai Airport. The hotel is also directly connected underground to the Osaka Metro (exit 12) so on rainy days you don't get wet walking to the station. Lots of activity, food and shopping options outside the hotel. Rooms are decent sized, clean and bed is nice.

Great friendly, helpful customer service, central to train stations, shops and tourist attractions. Spacious, clean rooms. Everyone was so kind and went out of their way to make our stay easy. Would recommend this hotel to everyone visiting the area.

    The location was excellent—just a short walk to Tennoji Zoo and Tsutenkaku Observation Deck. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Staying on the 10th floor gave us a nice view.

    The hotel is less than a 10 min walk to the train station, Tsutenkaku Tower, and numerous places to eat. The room was spacious. The beds were comfortable. And the bathroom included a washer with a separate toilet room. The room also included a balcony...but with so much to see and do, there was little time to enjoy it. For those with families, there's also a kitchen area which includes a stove, fridge, and microwave. If you're looking for accommodations in Osaka, I highly recommend this hotel!

    Honestly didn't know what to expect from a hotel located smack dab in the middle of Shinsekai but it was a very nice experience! I got a room with a single bed on the 15th floor and was lucky enough to be on the side that faces the Tsutenkaku, so the view was great, got some pretty cool pics. I liked that there was a freshening spray provided near the entrance where there is a little closet. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

    Landlord provided proper guidelines to use home facilities e.g. Aircon, lighting, laundry machine. House is clean and neat. Comfortable bedrooms, living rooms, and 2 kitchens. Massage chair is a good choice after long walk each day. Good location to travel by train. Maga don shopping place is in walking distance. Restaurants and plaza just across the main street. 24-hr Family Mart store around the the corner. Radium Onsen at Tsutenkaku tower is a plus

    It was clean and comfy. The location was very convenient to navigate everywhere. Multiple subway stations around. Shopping Street and Tsutenkaku Tower just across the street. 30 Minutes to Universal Studios. The customer service was prompt and friendly. I would stay here again.
