BrazilThe hotel is just beautiful and loved the facilities. The onsen is just great! I love how convenient the location is, as tge train station is just down the hotel, and there are also restaurants and a supermarket on the ground floor. The breakfast was also good.

Excellent stay at the hotel. Very convenient location right next to station for buses and trains to get to Wakayama station if needed. Also lots of food options in next building if needed. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were quite big and clean. I had requested a quiet room which was good and had a good sleep during my stay.

Near Wakayama Station with a lot of restaurants around it. Scrumptious breakfast and lovely onsen facilities with free ice-cream available outside the onsen rooms. Also free coffee at the reception area and free noodle for supper from 9.30om to 11pm. Decent size room and comfortable bed. My wife and I had a lovely 3-night stay at the hotel.

A capsule hôtel, located very smartly right next to the Wakayama station. The capsule itself is small, but confortable. Access to a mini-onsen, private locker, and towels. For the price and the access you dont get better.

It is connected to the JR Wakayama station and Mio and Kintetsu department stores. The airport bus from Kansai stops on the other side of the station. The buses in front of the hotel can take you to all the places of interest. The friendly and helpful staff who greet you at the lobby every time you step in and out. The breakfast buffet is a good spread of local delights too. I have easy access to supermarket food at the basement floor. There is Daiso Standard Products in the same complex.

The location was convenient next to Wakayamashi Station, (note it’s not
JR Wakayama station which is a 10min train ride away). Downstairs a Pronto was good for breakfast and lots of restaurants right next door. The bath on the rooftop was good. Rooms were fine, always the juggling with 2 suitcases in Japanese hotel rooms but managed to squeeze them and us in. Staff were very friendly and helpful, allowed us to store our luggage for a week while we did the Kumano Kodo (we stayed there again on our return).

Stayed in another Hotel Granvia property elsewhere and it was great; this one in Wakayama did not disappoint as well. Room was clean and quite spacious for Japanese standards, staff was friendly.
Located right beside the JR Wakayama station and extremely convenient.

I love our room. It was much bigger than most Japanese hotel rooms and had a spectacular view of Wakayama Station and beyond. The breakfast had a nice mix between western and Japanese style so can get a bit of both 😍
