There's a big bathroom and the bed was quite comfortable. Also, there's a convenience store on the 1st floor which is very convenient.

Extremely convenient for Yamagata station, also great if you are taking buses to Yamadera, Zao Onsen etc. Lovely room with window you could actually see out of (rare in Japanese business hotels) and view of the city. Comfortable bed, desk, TV etc, all very clean. Hotel pyjamas! Very quiet.

A nice hotel, with quick access to Yamagata station. Everything is very clean and the breakfast was great with a variety of Japanese breakfast items. The room was clean, but somewhat older, but all worked as it should. Only the airconditioning produced warm air instead of cold, but we didn't need it anyway 😅

Nice hotel close to Yamagata Station. Rooms were nice and staff all very friend. Shout out to the parking attendant.. cool guy! :D Good location for travelling to Zao Onsen if you have a hire car. Rooftop onsen was very nice too!!!

Location is excellent as it is only 3 mins walk to Yamagata Station/Bus stops. Breakfast was delicious. Staffs were very helpful and tried to communicate in English very well. They also let us sent our ski bag to the hotel a few days prior to our arrival. It is very good value for money compare to other places we booked in Japan!

Great location, just right next to the JR Yamagata Station, easy access to bus to Zao Onsen. Staff are very friendly. We had issues booking another hotel and need to ask staff for their help as we are not used to making phone calls in Japan and our Japanese are not very good. The staff was very helpful. She helped us to call the hotel and made the reservation for us. We are very greatful for her assistance.

Great hotel. Perfect location, very close to Yamagata Station and with a fantastic view of the street below. The staff were very helpful. There's a convenience store in the building, which is helpful. The amenities on offer were good and the room was comfortable.

Location is the best as it is in Yamagata station and everything is in walking distance. Hotel was clean and room are in good size. Staff were efficient. The room was comfy. Japanese breakfast was good experience.

Loved our large comfortable room in the renovated South tower. It is the biggest room we've ever had in Japan. It had the style of a luxury hotel but at a bargain price. Great beds, great views and a very convenient location connected to Yamagata Station concourse and a pedestrian overpass to the centre of Yamagata City. Perfect base for buses and trains to Kaminoyama Onsen, Zao Onsen, Mt Zao Ropeway, Okama Crater, Omoshiroyama Gorge, and Yamadera Shrine.
