An exceptional place to stay. Fabulous location. The onsen was amazing - we each had an onsen morning & evening. Brilliant afternoon drinks buffet all inclusive. A perfect place to stay and explore the slopes.

Great location, they collected us from the train station, and dropped us up to snow monkey park and collected us. Dropped us back to the train station when we were leaving

The entire vibe of the ryokan was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with a wide variety of onsens on top of the private onsen we already have in our room. Service was fabulous; receptionists were extremely detailed and helpful as we asked plenty of questions about the area & public transport. Dinner and breakfast were amazing and delicious. Waitresses were also courteous and pleasant.

The hospitality was great, the location is stunning and the ryokan itself is very comfortable and makes you feel at home. We had dinner and breakfast and they were able to accommodate one of us being vegan with both meals being delicious. The onsens are very quiet and very well maintained, and can be used for free by the ryokan's guests. Akira-san also offered to take us to both the snow monkeys resort and the station, which was great.
