This was the most amazing hotel I have ever stayed! Location, building, our room, all the facilities and the breakfast! Everything was superb and excellent!

The room was super nice and clean! It's located near the end of Olle trail 7 (or the beginning of trail 8) so it's really convenient if you're walking them. The bed is really comfortable and soft!! I really enjoyed it and was sad to leave!

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family to celebrate my mom’s 70th birthday, and despite a rocky start, it turned out to be an exceptional experience. Traveling with two kids and my parents, I was looking for a seamless stay, and the hotel delivered on almost every front. At arrival, we encountered a booking issue due to a miscommunication between the hotel and a booking platform (not hotel’s fault), This was disappointing initially, but I have to commend the staff for how professionally and empathetically they handled the situation. Their politeness and understanding turned what could have been a stressful moment into a manageable one, and they made us feel valued as guests. Once settled, everything else exceeded our expectations. The facilities were impeccable, and the pool was a highlight. Even in freezing temperatures, the pool was comfortably warm, which was a wonderful surprise and a big hit with the whole family. Having stayed at several five-star hotels, including Marina Bay Sands, I can confidently say this hotel was the best. The attention to detail, excellent service, and overall experience made our special occasion even more memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to visit again in the future

It was minimal, perfect for 2 night stay, located at the heart next to the very expensive hotels like Shilla and Lotte. Everything was clean room was spacious many were really well renovated. Recommend 200% for the price and if you are there for touring JEJU, I will comeback for sure.

The infinity pool is amazing! It’s heated and at night they have a DJ. They have free parking, a convenience store inside, and the room is really big.
