We are family of four (2 kids 2 adults). The hotel staff have been super helpful and friendly right from the very beginning to the end of our stay. They were friendly to the kids and gave them small gifts (it was halloween) and colouring gift boxes. Every where we go there are smiley faces. Room is spacious and clean. Convenient store under the hotel so we can buy things that we need. Breakfast was nice and they even helped to take photos and put our kids face on our cappuccino. We didn’t ask for it. The staff have been so eager to help and we are pampered.

Stunning hotel. Wonderful design. Very arty. Beautifully presented. Huge rooms with amazing views. We decided to spoil ourselves by booking The Fairmont and we felt spoiled. Wonderful roof top cocktail bar. Views of the river and other sky-scrappers, very dramatic. Loved my room. The shopping plaza connected to the hotel is very classy. We spent a lot of time there and not normally my thing.

Breakfast was great, a korean style breakfast. The staff were very friendly and gave us an upgrade to a corner suite. We could get great views of our first night in Seoul. The room was very large, two toilets. Great for a family.

“Clean and comfortable stay!” Less than a minute walk from Dangsan Station — very convenient and safe area. Han River Park is just about 5 minutes away, perfect for a walk. The room was warm, and the water pressure was good. It’s self check-in, but the host responded very quickly, which was nice. The bedding was white and clean — I really liked it. The window was large, but the part that opens was a bit small. Still, everything was comfortable and satisfying.
