The booking included a 50% discount for the Nanta Theatre, which I could attend and it was such a fantastic experience by itself. The hotel has a convenience store from 7 to midnight, which is extremely convenient. I was traveling for a research visit at Jeju National University, I cannot recommend this place enough!

In particular I wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude to the Director of Rooms, Mr Aewoo Choi for the exceptional service we received during our visit. My daughter’s comfort blanket was put on the bed but could not be found after housekeeping. She was so upset as it means a lot to her. However, Aewoo went above and beyond to assist us in locating it, and sent it back to our next checked-in hotel. We chose the motel because we wanted a short drive to the Seongpanak parking trail, where we were going to set off on our hike to the Hallasan summit the next day. Location was excellent! It was also wonderful that there were great options where we could have dinner, as well as get some last minute supplies from the local 7-11. The room was comfortable and the drive in experience unique. We appreciated the detailed information from the property managers, especially about checking in and checking out.

Donnaekohill Resort is located on the southern skirts of Halla Mountain. The property provides free WiFi in all rooms and on-site private parking.

It’s really good place for people travelling around Jeju with the car. It’s located on a small hill, very close to small waterfall (round walking trip around 40min from the hotel). If you don’t have a car think twice as it’s a bit far from the city centre and there is not nightlife in the neighbourhood. However you will find some cafes within walking distance. Rooms are big, clean, towels are replaced every day, WiFi works well. There is swimming pool, but it was too cold weather for me to try it out. There is also convenience store open up to 9pm and restaurant (although I didn’t eat there). There is really nothing to complain about.
