After my 3 trips to Almaty this hotel turned to be the best of all. It's indeed top notch, comparable to nice chain hotels in the USA. They have very polite wonderful classy looking personnel, tending to your needs, super clean, freshly remodeled and nicely furnished rooms, a really delicious breakfast with a lot of varieties and the prettiest ever lobby and breakfast room. I absolutely enjoyed my stay there!
