A friendly welcoming smile from the staff when we arrived late after a long day riding scooters in torrential rain. We arrived late and unannounced after the hosts at our other booking cancelled last minute. When he turned up soaked to the bone the staff member ushed out to us and beckoned us immediately to a clean, comfortable room with hot water for a shower and then returned with hot coffees. Faultless service from the team. Thank you. Special mention goes to the delicious chicken curry and coconut roti served for dinner.

The place is very simple but it has enough for a couple night staying. If you want some peace and a chill time before go to the crowder places in Sri Lanka I think is a right place. The owner was super kind and he helped us with everything You can also book a safari tour with the hostel. It was a fair price and the entrance of the N. Park you have there is much less crowdy than the most famous one. We could see many different animals, and our guide Weli was also very nice guy. He speaks good english and after the safari we shared a beer and a very nice talk. If you want visit a local village... Very recomended place!!! 10/10

what a special location right next to Yala Nationalpark. I wish we could have stayed longer. We had a BBQ in the evening with bon fire, that they offer. It was very nice and clean. Staff was also very friendly.

Where do I start! everything was beautiful from the calm garden inside the nature to the most poetic looking river, the room was huge and specially made for safari vibes. Each one of the staff was super nice and friendly thanks to (Mr. Reihen, Mangala, Mangula) for making our stay very special. The food and the starry calm night were amazing. We went on a safari trip with Mr. Reihen who was a professional guide and photographer, the tour was almost private, one car only. We went to zone 5 which only 20-30 safari cars were there so we could really enjoy the trip. We were very lucky to see many animals specially the beautiful leopard.

The host is really friendly and nice. She met us and explained everything about the room, and gave us some fresh pineapple juice as a welcome drink. The room itself was clean and comfortable with a nice huge balcony. The price meets the quality. :)

This place is amazing! Bungalows in the trees with calm terraces and shadow. Beautiful garden where you can see different animals. I would totally recommend this place and the host is very friendly and helped us a lot.
