The staff are amazing they couldn't do enough for us. A very special thanks to Brahim for his exceptional hospitality and Rabies for his wonderful service in the restaurant. The location is brilliant it's like an oasis once you go through the door! I couldn't recommend this place enough. Thank you all for a wonderful stay.

I travel for business regularly and I can say this is one of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed at. Also worth to mention I rarely write reviews but this one it is worth it and deserved. Areas to relax and just spend some time enjoying the garden in the central swimming pool area, the restaurants and specially the Indian restaurant in the rooftop. we get upgrade without even asking. Rooms are spacious and decorated in a very elegant way. I recoomend the quiet rooms overlooking the pool. personel helped us with wraping our bag in stretch ;))

Highly recommend this hotel. Great location on the edge of Gueliz, a great area with a lot of bars and places to eat around every corner (especially Le Zar) Nice and uncomplicated/fresh breakfast in the morning and a rooftop bar/pool area that has a clear view of the mountains. It was cold when I was there in December but I can imagine that during the summer it would be great place to hang out during the evenings. Very friendly and helpful team working there who are more than happy to help arrange transportation, food recommendations, excursions bookings and everything else. I’m bad with remembering names but everyone was super friendly and a massive thanks for everything and making the short time I was there memorable. Also did a couple of spa treatments in the small spa in the lower floor, also highly recommended and thanks to that team too. Room was large, comfortable and quiet, wifi works perfectly
