My husband and me really enjoyed our 4 night stay in this hotel. The location is great and it's easy to access the old Medina part of Marrakesh, the new part called Gueliz with modern ships and art places and the airport. The hotel is newly refurbished, we liked our spacious clean room in white and beige tones, with a big bed, equipped with a good WiFi, a TV, air-conditioning, hairdryer and toiletries. We're greatful to Manal, Mohamed and Amal at the reception speak who speak several languages for being friendly and extremely helpful with anything we needed and making our stay really smooth and comfortable. The restaurant where we had our breakfast was very elegant and furnished with style. The staff at breakfast was very polite and offered us a nice choice of marrocain/ continental breakfast and a quick efficient service. There's a beautiful clean swimming pool on the rooftop terrace where you can see Atlas mountains far away, it was a real temptation to spend more time there rather than going to explore the city. There's also a Hammam and spa services available. We loved our stay in this hotel and will recommend it to our friends.

Excellent service! Friendly and attentive staff, clean rooms and facilities. Amazing breakfast buffet with good variety. The attached restaurant serves excellent moroccan dishes for rather high price but well worth it.

I wouldn’t bother really it’s a fairly empty shopping centre, it has a sports shop some perfume and phone shops and a small supermarket but unless you forgot to bring your gym kit it’s not got much there.

Nice break from the souks and definitely a better option than the Menara Garden and its same popular photo of a nice pavilion with blue sky, water reflection and Atlas mountain on the backdrop which are nowhere to be seen in the actual location...

Small shopping area with lots of caffès and fast food...

Small shopping area with lots of caffès and fast food restaurants and has few international and local shops for men & women including cosmetics and grocery shopping. There is only one small traditional Moroccan food but with distinctive and excellent taste called Tajine.

This apartment was a real treat for us at the end of our tour of Morocco. Tastefully renovated and well equipped, it felt enormous. The terrace over-looked the pool and lovely mature trees. It was spotlessly clean and quiet. Super fast fibre internet is now included. The concierge was charming and the management team of Amina and Badr were very responsive and helpful. Carrefour was a short walk away in the Menara Mall for food and wine supplies. Good restaurants were nearby, too. Thanks for a perfect stay.

The only positive aspects of the room were the comfortable beds and the presence of a balcony. The hotel provided acceptable toiletries, and its location adjacent to the Menara Mall was convenient. The staff at the buffet breakfast restaurant were friendly and attentive, and the food was generally decent.

It’s was very stylish and modern Good internet connection Spacious Clean Very close to all Amenities (M Avenue 10 mins walk and Menara mall not too far to walk) Owner and host was very helpful, polite and friendly. The pool was cleaned often and kept tidy. Was made to feel welcome and we look forward to returning to stay here again. Highly recommended.
