Amazing view! Witnessed the New Year’s Eve fireworks from the balcony of my luxury suite, and oh my it wasn’t disappointing at all! Felt like the best place to view the fireworks from! The hospitality was beyond expectations.

I travelled with a friend for her birthday treat. We realised we are in for a great time from the moment we arrived and we were met by a charming valet who welcomed us graciously like we were some "queens". We had a grand welcome at the reception and the wow moment was when we entered our room only to be welcomed by a complimentary champaigne bottle and two maritim branded sunhats in a magnificent and spacious room. The services at the bar, restaurant, the SPA, the horse stable...all exceeded my expectations. Did i even mention that the DJ was so accommodating as to play a happy birthday song for my friend Joan, played for her a Kenyan song and played for me a Malawian song of my liking? And did i mention how the restaurant went the extra mile to bring for Joan a cake, sung a birthday song for her at breakfast? A rating of 10 cannot even begin to explain the experience at this hotel!!!

The resort and the people working there were phenomenal. Special thanks to Rubesh from guest relations who went above and beyond to make our stay, check in and check out comfortable and smooth. Everyone was very friendly and the service was at 5 stars. We were celebrating my 30th birthday there and they made a special cake for me. The food was also amazing. Lots of choices and everything was delicious

I always love too stay here, the staff are helpful, friendly and courteous. I love how they have breakfast in the morning and they also washed my clothes perfectly. I loved my room, I paid just a tiny bit extra and got the best room with both views of the racetrack and the surrounding mountains. It always feels like home when I am there. It needds funding and repair. there is no cafe or shop as is advertised on the web. There is a guard making sure you dont go in areas of disrepair. However you can walk most of teh ramparts and the views are amazing.
