The staff are so welcoming and friendly and go out of their way to help. The restaurant served delicious food at a reasonable price. The room was as pictured and very comfortable. Would recommend and stay again.

We stayed 6 nights at Gran Hotel Ciudad de México with our daughter and absolutely loved everything. Our room overlooking the Zócalo was stunning—spacious, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide and tasty selection. The hotel restaurant was also great, offering delicious food and a breathtaking view of the square. It’s also a lovely spot to enjoy a drink, especially at sunset. The staff was really great—friendly, helpful, and professional. The location felt very safe, with plenty of police presence around. Nothing negative to say—a perfect stay!
