Amazing hotel! Love the facilities (gym, sauna, steam etc) food is really good. Service was amazing at check in I think her name was Alana? We got upgraded to premium Which was so appreciated and a very pleasant surprise. Excellent location will 100% stay here again! Housekeeping services everyday is an excellent touch too

Great budget hotal in a safe neighbourhood. Clean room with Netflix. Breakfast was good quality. Comfy bed and hot shower. 20 mins walk to Chapultepec Castle. Lots of resturants nearby. The hotel porter helped with a very stressful situation when my taxi to the airport got lost on the way to the hotel and the diver didn't speak any English. He communicated with the driver over my phone and managed to locate him and get him to the hotel to pick me up. He's a total lifesaver, thank you sooooo much!
