This is such an oasis in the concrete jungle of KL, located just a mere 10min walk away from TRX mrt station, plenty of eateries around, the staffs are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is surrounded by greeneries, providing a relaxing vibe. The rooms are clean and comfy. We really enjoyed our stay here, definitely will come back again in future. Highly recommended.

We loved everything about this hotel! We stayed for three nights and had two connecting rooms - each one was very spacious, around 40m2, impeccably clean with every facility we could imagine including a sofa, ultra silent air conditioning, amazing beds, bath and shower, very tasteful decor, great TV and movies, generous free minibar with water (a must due to the hot temperatures). We loved the buffet breakfasts and dinners - it was a great opportunity to sample a wide range of local and international cuisine. The gym is among the best we have seen in a hotel with machines, free weights, several treadmills, etc., the infinity swimming pool is a great size for swimming as well as lounging around and the spa is also excellent. All the staff were very helpful and kind, a special mention for Ms Aslina Semsudin, the director of guest experiences who was very helpful. Finally, the location of the hotel is excellent with the Petronas Towers and many shopping areas within 10-15 minutes walk.

The view from my room was excellent.. There it was.. the magnificent and beautiful Petronas Twin towers and Suria KLCC park. The location was great. About 7-8 minutes walk to Suria KLCC. Easy to get GRAB too. Excellent staff; helpful and always greet with a smile. Kudos to Mr Afandi who was exceptionally helpful — smooth check-in, clear answers, and great hospitality.

3 Top Things I Like : 1) Location was fantastic within the same Berjaya Times Square compound. Berjaya Hotel located in West Wing, this Serviced Suite was located in East Wing. 2) The 2 bathrooms sized comfortably for a family of 5pax. Master bedroom has 1bath tub in ensuite bathroom. The second bathroom didn't have a bath tub unfortunately. Water pressure from our unit on 22nd Floor was really strong & warmed up quite fast. 3) The aircond was cold & fast enough to make the room felt cool throughout the night.

Loved the location as it was right in the heart ok KL. Walking distance to the shopping malls. Although parking was not available on site, you can park overnight in Berjaya Times Square for a reasonable fee. Plus, safe. There is an open parking nearby, but parking is at your own risk. Opt for the executive rooms as it gives to a great view of the surrounding areas.

The value is definitely good. Paying a bit lesser than what you spend on a nice hotel. Didn't get the chance to use the facilities so I won't comment. Beds are comfortable and I think amenities are usually provided. The location was great, being walkable distance to Berjaya Times Square and Lot. It's a longer walk to the Pavillion but it's doable
