*Etosha village has the most friendly staff compared to the lodges I visited. *What I loved the most is the variety of food served and the food is so delicious and fresh. *The toilet facilities are well maintained very clean, the staff makes sure to clean the toilets maybe twice or three times in a day I am now referring to the toilets next to the restaurant that is used by everyone. For me it is very hygienic and as a guest one is very comfortable to use a clean toilet. * The balcony at the back of each room and the sitting bench outside very nice and relaxing to sit and enjoy the view of nature.

We were Camping with our own car. We had private bathroom and toilet. We had small roof where we could put our chair and table and we had also 2 electric plug in 1-3 meters. The area war flat so it was comfortable to tent. We had one night dinner with open buffer and quality of the food was good and it was tasty. The stuff was also super kind and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Gate is OK and very professional, the waiting himba woemen do not like to be photographed, which is OK. Etosha Park itself was somehow disappointing. From my personal perspective based on having seen ca. 20 Nationalparks in East and South Africa, this is the one I do not recommend to visit. Maybe it was the wrong time to go and we did see some wildlife, lions, antilopes, birds and elephants from a far distance. the feeling of a National Park we never had. It was more the impression of a whitewashed sun burnt dust bowl with cars driving through. Go to Krueger instead, or Samburu, Serengeti, Massai Mara, Murchison Falls, Queen Elizabeth etc. More interesting, more to see.
